Taking as a starting point an organic geometry, it is proposed a flexible system of growing for the building. Depending on the necessities, there is a catalogue of options, which generates several variations for the overall volume.

The geometric growing system allows a flexible location of open or public spaces, density of working areas and generation of different shapes in volume.

Apart from the structural core, which goes all along the volume, the tower enclosure may change in many ways from bottom to top.

The circular geometry achieves a dynamic profile but it also keeps a strong sense of unity. The location of the Building in the plot faces the biggest part of the façade of the working areas and the garden terraces to the north orientation in order to minimize the solar radiation in the hottest months.

The structural system has a main central core where lifts, stairs and all the facilities raisers and services are located. The other supporting elements for the slabs are two rings of columns in the middle and in the perimeter of them.

It is proposed a thick heavy cladding for the enclosure of the building in order to protect the solar radiation. It improves the glass shading and keeps an easy maintenance of the façade panels.

Working areas are developed around the core with the flexibility required for modern office buildings. There are different types of organization: floors dedicated to office and meeting rooms, open plan workstation floors or possible combination of all them.

For public spaces, there are also terraces gardens to rest, located to the north to achieve the biggest amount of shade Those “oasis” increase the space quality of the tower but also create its characteristic image with high gardens.
