The plot is located in Pola de Allande, in Asturias
The proposal gathers the core and wet areas creating a services band which faces the courtyard located between the south façade and the retaining wall. Thus, we can place the rooms facing the only façade opened to the street. In order to achieve a high standard of flexibility and spatial amplitude we design a multipurpose room that can be used either as an extension of the bedrooms or the living room.
