It is proposed an evolutive dwelling to be built in different stages with steel frame system. The first one includes a kitchen and living room with a bedroom and a garage, besides some important exterior areas containing a swimming pool. The house is located in the street side, so it can grow deep in the plot. A north position takes advantage of the sun in the resulting southern voids.

The project strategy consists initially in a temporary dwelling with a spatial attention to its common spaces. The program features a living room with a kitchen added, a garage and a bedroom, all of them with the possibility of a wide opening to the southern patio. It always has in mind the possibility of growing into the plot.

The position into the plot stems from a privacy strategy and from the relation between outdoors an indoors, so that all rooms can be opened to the exterior. The patio is intended not to have a connection with outside the plot.
