A building is proposed that is adapted to the topography of the land and that takes advantage of the great slope of the plot to incorporate accesses at different levels that guarantee maximum efficiency in the operation of the Center.
The Center is built in two large volumes with a square floor plan and a third upper rectangular volume that is located on the ground plan, above the other two at its intersection. The first two settle on different levels and partially overlap each other step by step, following the slope of the plot.
In the lower level, the critical care and emergency area is located, which has a specific entrance to the plot and the building, the attached personnel area, in addition to housing the support devices area
At the middle level, are located the main access to the building, Public Attention and the entire assistance area. It is the heart of the building. It houses the entire Care Area and therefore the busiest and busiest part of the building. Therefore, the proposal seeks to achieve a distribution that meets the needs of users, looking for open and bright spaces that, through patios, achieve pleasant waiting and circulation areas, well connected with the corresponding inquiries.
The upper level locates the areas of least transit and privacy such as the mental health area and the management part.
