Refurbishment of a 50s housing building . It is proposed to maintain and potentiate the structure as the characteristic element of the building.
The building is located in a prime location with excellent views to the sea, very close to the coastline . Its altitude , higher than most buildings of its environment gives it a privileged position.
This position allows us to take advantage of the views by generous openings and terraces or outdoor spaces that allow the outside use of housing , while taking into account the orientation to sun protection, high intensity these latitudes.
