It is proposed an evolutive dwelling to be built in different stages with steel frame system. The first one includes a kitchen and living room with a bedroom and a garage, besides some important exterior areas containing a swimming pool. The house is located in the street side, so it can grow deep in the plot. A north position takes advantage of the sun in the resulting southern voids.

A house that takes full advantage of its valuable location and at the same time accomplishes a full integration with its surrounding environment.
