  • With the driving concept of “dragon”, as a being which contains all shapes, the designed layout adapts its shape to the contour lines of the hills in order to allow an excellent location to all the villas of the resort, always facing the sea and also enjoying the mountainous topography of the island.

The most important aspiration in the design of the layout is to achieve a great integration of the resort into the singular site where it is located.

The general layout organizes the public areas in the center of the resort (the head of the dragon), to balance the distances between villas and amenities. It is also set out close to the beach and taking advantage of the privilege feature of the existing peninsula. Villas (body of the dragon) are distributed around, up in the hills, providing the best views and privacy to each ofthem.

The resort uses the idea of the “skin of the dragon” to provide both functional and aesthetic solutions which stress and reinforce the whole idea of the project. Natural materials such as wood and stone, create simple and elegant interiors.
