  • It is proposed a "U " building with unequal and slightly obliques arms. The larger arm aligns with the provincial road and serves visible exterior facade and the lower one parallel to existing buildings are available . A piece connects both arms and opens onto a courtyard garden , whose views extend to the horizon of the Castilian fields.

    Entry occurs by the intersection, thereby reducing the circulations in the building. Its position at a lower altitude allows existing buildings , while being very close to both, to establish a visual and spatial a differentiation.
