The proposed development is conditioned by the urban plan imposition of an interior street on the north end of the plot. This street arranges the access to the condominium and vehicles circulation.
The interior roads and the setback required by the regulations define three building types depending on the depth of the resulting plots.
The front left between the street and the setback imposed by legislation has 7.30 m and is solved by a series of through rooms that are alternately arranged on either side of a vertical core that is formed by the staircase and the bathroom. This creates a vertical Damero with through holes which are terraces serving the room on each floor.
The main bulk of urbanization is solved by plots of 8.90m x 15.30m. These plots, dwellings are resolved releasing 50% of the plot surface. These areas are used to create one car park and a private garden. The remaining 50 % resulting is built on the first floor passing over the street. Thus the street is partly covered and becomes a hybrid space between interior and exterior. A place that vibrates with the shadows cast on the floor by the volumes flying over it.
Finally, on the other end of the complex, the resulting plots are 11.60m x 12.00m. These plots have one side facing off street parking and a background garden of 5.00 m deep. The solution here is to solve the housing on
a single floor and lift it to the first floor level.
